Your body is designed for love. When you open your skin and body-being to be filled by the benevolent flow of life, you become love-realized. You are filled to overflowing, fully nourished, and the sacred secret unfolds before your eyes. For some reason we are trained to bring attention to anything besides your unfettered, direct experience. Choose where you love to bring your attention and devote yourself to that. Absorbed as space-flesh-body, you’ll sense your biology changing and simultaneously know that all is well no matter what. When this is realized, relaxation overcomes you. Your life is changed forever.
