For most of us, when we meditate the first thing we experience is our conditioning. This was true for me when I started. Did I want to experience my conditioning? No, of course not. It is unpleasant. But then it became clear that what is in the way is actually a portal into our true nature - that place where all creativity and solutions are found.

During this online retreat, we will dive deeply into the here-ness of being, which is first an experience and then falls into is-ness! We will meet exactly what is here - pain, pleasure, and silence. The more we meet and are touched by what is, the more we soften into our true nature. We enrich into the being that we are and fully receive our humanity. Then naturally we live as our true nature in our daily lives.
