For most of us when we meditate the first thing we experience is our conditioning. When I first started to meditate, this was my experience. Did I want that? No, of course not. Until it became clear that what was in the way, was the way. It is the doorway into our true nature and the place where all creativity and solutions are found.
During this online retreat, we will dive deeply into the here-ness of being, which is first an experience and then falls into is-ness! We meet exactly what is here - the pain, the pleasure, and the silence. The more we meet and are touched by what is, the more we soften into our true nature. The more we enrich into the being that we are and receive our humanity, the easier it is to live that in our daily lives.
Meditation has helped me to cultivate resting and inquiring into silence, and also to deal with the comings and goings of life. Join me for this online retreat and bring the realization of the stillness that you are into your living reality.
The daily schedule (subject to change) for the 3 days is:
- 7:30 - 8:10am Guided Meditation
- 8:10 - 8:15am Break
- 8:15 - 8:50am Meditation
- 8:50 - 9:05am Break
- 9:05 - 10:30am Satsang
- 10:30 - 10:50am Break
- 10:50 - 11:30am Meditation
