In this gentle practice and exploration, we will bring together the deep silence of meditation with slow, gentle movement, and through that your essence and physicality melt together and become one space-body. This is an online guided practice with Marlies, followed by an opportunity to ask questions afterwards. No prior experience needed, only your beautiful presence.
