During this 4-night residential retreat in the enchanted hills of Devon, we’ll step into the realm of the Goddess where your delicious, sensual body melts into your innermost, silent being.

The invitation is to slow down and rest in stillness. As we find our home in the silence of Self, it’s effortless to open your heart and listen to your body. In the loving container and safe playground of retreat, you’ll be guided through profound sensual practices to connect with the luminosity of your luscious, female body. Held within the palms of the sacred, you discover the eternal mystery of your oh-so-tender YoniHeart. As you connect in stillness with the depths of your femininity, you enter the paradoxical reality of your empty and purely alive nature. A new way of being and living naturally arises.

On this retreat, you will learn to:

• Slow down and find home within and as silence
• Connect with your body and your yoni, the sacred space that underlies your feminine body-being
• Welcome pleasure, goodness and sensuality
• Rest in your innermost silent being no matter what is going on in your bodymind
• Break free from the chains of trauma by choosing to rest your attention and intention in the aliveness of your senses
• Receive and express your yoni’s beauty and aliveness
• Find a new home ground in the truth of being from which your daily life unfolds with ease and fullness

Within this safe space of flourishing intimacy, the daily schedule will include:

• Early morning PJ silent meditations flowing into dance
• Daily 2 hour interactive sessions followed by a spacious lunch break
• Afternoon sensual explorations, sharings and silence either in nature or inside
• Evenings flow forth from the day, and provide a deeper melting and relaxing into you, your beautiful body and each other.
