I am the farmer that drags me from the ground.

I am the truck that rattles me along the highway.

I am the driver that gets me to the market safe and sound.

I am the grocer that puts me on display.

I am the cashier that lets me go away.

I am the knife that dissolves me into French-fries-form-ecstasy.

I am the spice that makes me into a delicacy.

I am the hot oil that makes me warm and sweet.

I am the cook that everyone wants to meet.

I am the yummy sweet potato fries.

Are you ready to be fried, all the way? :-)

I am so looking forward to sharing a day of silence and conversation with you on July 31st. We will gather online to share and explore the One Life that we are. There will be periods of meditation, dharma talk, movement, conversation and a short break.
