Oh, it's almost winter ... getting closer to the fireplace, cozying up with ourselves and steeping deeper and deeper in the unspeakable stillness.

Sitting together in meditation will support us in the hibernation mode that gets evoked by the end of autumn.  The leaves have fallen and the trees are bare. The veils between us and the spirit world are so thin. We are naked with what is. What an opportunity to hear the whispers that are always there beneath the noise. 

During this three half-day retreat, we will meet for four hours each day, where we will touch upon what it is like to fully embrace the profound, untouched silent darkness and all that it reveals. There will be periods of guided meditation, silent meditation, Dharma talk, sharing and short breaks.

The cost to attend the full retreat is $97 and to attend a single day is $47.
