During this one-day women's gathering, you are invited to:

• Deeply connect with your silent essence and precious feminine body.
• Fully receive your experience of female exquisiteness.
• Realize  your precious form is the single most refined sense organ ever created.
• Become innately aware that your body is designed for delight, pleasure and aliveness.

For most of us women it is quite a journey to learn to listen and love our female body. During this immersion into your feminine self, we will slow down so that you softly land in your beautiful body. In the slowing down, what is not you naturally starts to fall away. Judgment, conditioning and pain release. Now you can more easily hear and taste your silent essence.

Your precious female body starts to melt together with your silent essence. You feel the pulse of the One Life - what I like to call Her - as she awakens and dances your body. In deep respect and honor for your body, pleasure and aliveness naturally arise in your beautiful female form. All that is left is Delighting Female Body.

Let's dance to Her, in Her, as Her, as all of This!

This will be a day of nourishment, delight, silence, exploration, discovery, dance and connection. 

No previous experience needed.

Snacks, water and tea will be provided.

There will be a potluck lunch - more info upon registration.

Rough Schedule:

Start: 10.30am

Lunch: Around 2pm

Snack: Around 5pm

End: 7pm
