In this half-day retreat for women only, run for the first time online with Open Circle Center, we will explore how it feels to be safe, delighted and resting as the silence in our precious bodies. We’ll learn to connect more deeply with our sensual nature and bring this aliveness into everyday life. We’ll feel ourselves soft yet strong, quiet and alert, receptive and discriminating - an effortless balance of the silence of sensuality and the sensuality of silence.
